About the position
In the role as Application Manager CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) at Mycronic, you will work with our CLM systems related to both Sales and After-Market. Today we run SugarCRM/MS SharePoint, ServiceMax and additional stand-alone systems to serve users all over the world. These systems are also integrated with ERP, Jira and other plug-ins/ added modules (marketing, quotes) etc. and will expand over time.
You are responsible for planning and executing application development and maintenance to achieve the business goals. You will be the chairman of the application group and work close together with business power users, developers and the System Business Owners.
In excess of this you will also maintain the SugarCRM and ServiceMax solution in detail regarding configurations, lifecycle administration for the different components connected to the system. Together with partner developers you troubleshoot and develop the system and its integrations. These systems covers two of our Business Divisions called PCB-Assembly Solutions and Pattern Generator, that means there are different stakeholders with different needs that need to be balanced in todays combined systems environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will have both strategic and operational responsibility and ensure and improve Mycronic's CLM capabilities throughout the entire system lifecycle.
- Handle and support incidents and troubleshooting
- Overall responsibility also to align with cybersecurity compliance within the CLM suit of applications.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects and manage change requests and roll-outs for continuous improvement.
- Structure data and system usage for efficient lifecycle administrations data management initiatives. You are the driver for the Customer Master Data Domain development together with other data-domain-drivers.
You will belong to the growing team of “Business IT Applications” which of today consists of five application managers, one infrastructure responsible and one portfolio manager. In addition we are five IT application specialists (and partner developers) representing different tooling groups like PLM, SCM&BI/Finance and Common IT/OT.
Qualifications
We think that you have a relevant post-secondary education or equal documented work experience. Furthermore, you have a perennial experience of working within Sales and Service/ After Market development and change management or CLM- system development, support, troubleshooting. You find it natural working together with System Business Owners, Business Power Users, Sales and After Market co-workers, Application specialists and developers to continuously improve these systems.
As a person you´re thorough and you have the ability to work both in a group and alone. You feel responsible for your duties and your great interest within IT makes it natural for you always being up to date within your area of expertise. As we´re a small department working close it’s important that you are prestigeless and find it natural to help your colleagues with surrounding tasks when needed.
